Fathering From A Distance is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting parents who are physically separated from their children due to incarceration, military deployment, or other circumstances. Our mission is to empower these parents to maintain strong, healthy, and enduring relationships with their children through comprehensive resources and support.

 Our programs are designed for:

• Parents who are separated from their children due to incarceration, deployment, or other life challenges.
• Children and youth affected by parental separation.
• Families and caregivers seeking support to foster strong family bonds.

Absolutely! Through our sister initiative, Mothers Across Miles, we provide the same compassionate support to mothers who are separated from their children. We are committed to ensuring holistic family support regardless of which parent is absent. 

We are currently preparing to launch our programs. While we don't have a specific launch date yet, we encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media for the latest updates.

Yes, all our programs are offered free of charge to participants. We are dedicated to providing support without financial barriers.

Yes, we aim to support families separated by various circumstances beyond incarceration and deployment, such as long-term hospitalization or relocation due to work or other obligations. 

Our youth programs primarily serve children and teens aged 5 to 18. We tailor our resources to be age-appropriate and impactful.
